1. Purpose

TacPlan is a mission-planning application intended exclusively for recreational simulation activities (MilSim, airsoft, live-action role play). It is developed and published on a personal, non-commercial basis by Titou "DL14", member of the DIL group.

TacPlan is not a military, security or emergency tool, and must never be used to plan real-world dangerous or illegal activities.

2. ALPHA version

The application is provided as an ALPHA version: it is under active development, with no guarantee of availability, reliability or data retention. Data loss (missions, maps, documents) may occur at any time. You use it as-is, at your own risk.

3. Account and authentication

Sign-in is performed through Google (OAuth). On your first sign-in, your Google name, email address and profile picture are stored to create your account. You are responsible for all activity performed with your account.

4. Data and content

Content you create (teams, events, missions, maps, slides, uploaded documents, messages) is stored on the application server and visible to the users authorised by the application rules (team, event, mission). You warrant that you hold the rights to any content you upload, and you must not post illegal or defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights.

You may at any time request the partial deletion of your data or the full deletion of your account through the built-in claim system: Profilepage → My data section. The request is processed manually by the administrator within a reasonable time; the status of your claim is visible in the same place. If needed, you can also contact the publisher through the DIL group.

5. License

The software is distributed under the PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 license: any commercial use is prohibited without the author's prior consent.

6. Liability

7. Prohibited behaviour and account blocking

Any action aimed at circumventing the rules established by the application (access controls, roles, validations, restrictions) or any hacking attempt(intrusion, exploit, manipulation of other users' data) will result in the banning of the account, without notice.

The administrator furthermore reserves the right to block or suspend any account, at any time, for reasons that may remain private.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may evolve with the application; the applicable version is the one published on this page, with its last-updated date. After each modification you will be asked to accept them again at sign-in; using the application implies acceptance of the terms in force.
